One firm for the legal and financial side of your business in England.

Setting up a company, employing people, signing contracts and filing accounts in England involves a lot of rules and usually a lot of separate advisers. We handle all of it, for a fee agreed in advance.

What we do

Six areas, one adviser.

Most questions a growing business has cut across more than one of these. Keeping them together means you explain your situation once.

Employment Law

Employment agreements, staff documentation and HR policies, plus official conciliation and tribunal representation when a working relationship breaks down.

Corporate & Commercial

Limited company formation, self-employed status, HR and trademark protection — the structure and paperwork that keeps your business properly registered in England.

Contract Management

Contract analysis, drafting and negotiation, so you understand what you are signing and the terms carrying real risk are settled before they matter.

Health and Safety

Risk assessments, training and certification, including the additional duties that apply on construction sites under the CDM Regulations.

Accountancy

Bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, annual accounts and corporation tax — prepared and filed on time, with the numbers explained rather than just sent.

Dispute Resolution

Early conciliation and negotiated settlement wherever a matter can be closed quietly, and proper representation at an employment tribunal where it cannot.

How we work

Straightforward, and priced before we start.

You know the cost in advance

Work is quoted as a fixed price, or as a monthly fee covering the things you need regularly. No hourly billing, and no invoice you did not expect.

The same person throughout

Whoever takes your first call keeps your file. You are not passed between departments, and you never start the story again from the beginning.

Plain English, and Italian

English business rules are not obvious if you learned business somewhere else. We explain what a rule actually requires you to do, in either language.

Problems dealt with early

Most of our work is contracts, policies and filings done properly the first time. It is far cheaper than sorting out the consequences later.

Working together

What happens after you call.

01

A conversation

Half an hour, no charge. You describe the situation and we tell you where you stand.

02

A written proposal

What needs doing, in what order, and what it costs. You decide before anything begins.

03

The work

Documents drafted, filings made, accounts prepared — with progress reported as we go.

04

Ongoing support

Most clients keep us on a monthly fee, so the next question is simply asked, not re-instructed.

Who We Are

We help young and growing businesses find their way through English company and commercial law and through the paperwork that comes with it.

New Vision Legal Support has worked from London since 2016 with directors, owners and employers building something in England often arriving from another country to do it.

Good advice is not a folder of documents nobody reads. It is understanding the rules that govern the industry you work in well enough to make decisions confidently. That is what we try to leave a client with.

We also act for employees who need their rights defended at work.

FAQ

Before you get in touch.

Are you solicitors?
We are a legal and accounting consultancy rather than a firm of solicitors. Where a matter needs a regulated solicitor or a barrister, we say so and work alongside one — you are told at the outset which applies.
It is built around what your business actually uses — typically some combination of bookkeeping and filings, employment support, contract work and general questions. The scope is written down before you agree to it, so both sides know what is included.
With the company itself: the right structure, registration at Companies House, and the tax registrations that follow. Employment contracts, insurance and accounting come next — ideally before your first hire rather than after.
Yes. Changing accountant is routine: we request your records from the outgoing firm and take it from there, normally without any gap in your filing deadlines.
Most claims go through Acas early conciliation before reaching a tribunal, and that window is usually the best chance to resolve things. Send us the correspondence and the employment file quickly — the deadlines here are short and applied strictly.
Yes — meetings, advice and documents in English or Italian. Visita il sito in italiano.
